[Service] Free Cutting Test

Free cutting test service provided by the chip saw manufacturer. Evaluation of the cutting surface, selection of chip saw specifications, and determination of cutting conditions tailored to the customer, etc.

Our free cutting test service offers complimentary cutting tests on a wide range of materials, allowing for the evaluation of the cut surface of the actual workpiece (such as the cleanliness of the cut surface and the condition of burrs). Additionally, as a manufacturer of saw blades, we can also provide consultations on selecting the appropriate saw blade specifications for the materials being cut during the free cutting test, as well as determining cutting conditions tailored to the customer (such as saw speed and feed rate). If you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.

Aggregate concrete water jet cutting test

With extensive experience and proven results in water jet cutting, we accept requests for prototype and verification cutting of difficult-to-process materials such as metals, plastics, and composites.

Japan is said to be one of the leading cement-producing countries in the world. The inclusion of aggregates is not only to increase strength but also to control the heat generated during the "hydration reaction," which occurs when cement reacts with water and hardens. This reaction is a type of "exothermic reaction," and it helps to suppress the amount of heat generated during large-scale reactions. Additionally, it prevents phenomena such as cracking caused by "drying shrinkage" and "autogenous shrinkage," which occur when moisture evaporates after hardening. Due to the hardness difference between the aggregates and cement, cutting with a water jet can be performed with minimal impact, unlike other cutting devices that are prone to damage. This makes it suitable for strength testing and internal inspection cutting.
